Return & Refund Policy – DONIA

EU & UK Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at doniaabouelatta@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Please note: As our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), items that have been personalized or custom-made are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.

All Other Customers All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
